There seems to be a zoning problem when it comes to building multiple houses on the plot. I have found the option of "split-offs" and the use of "temporary structures" to possibly get around this. Let's learn

With the looks of some of these land prices plus infrastructure $2,500 contribution might only get you 1/4 acre. The minimum contribution might need to be raised to $5,000. 1/4 acre just isn't enough space to provide the freedom intended. 1/2 is barely.
